Choosing your platform has to do with the security and the concept of your webinar. Do you want to make it interactive? Does everyone have to speak or show their faces?

COMMUNICATION PLATFORM

When you conduct a webinar, coordination is key. Your chosen platform may have a chat feature, but it'd be more convenient to communicate outside of the webinar. You can use WhatsApp group, Slack, etc. to communicate with your team.

practice and evaluate

Just like a traditional (offline) seminar, it's important to do a quick run-through before the D-day, and to evaluate after the webinar.
